Remove hiberfil.sys windows Server 2003 and XP
The Hiberfil.sys can take up room on the hard drive and to free up that space follow these steps.
Access the Control Panel and double-click Power Options.
Select the Hibernate tab in the Power Options Properties dialog box.
Clear the Enable Hibernation check box and click OK.
Restart your computer
Access the Control Panel and double-click Power Options.
Select the Hibernate tab in the Power Options Properties dialog box.
Clear the Enable Hibernation check box and click OK.
Restart your computer
